في قلب وسط روما التاريخي، يقع تريفي بنتهاوس في قلب وسط روما التاريخي، ويتوزع على أربعة طوابق مفتوحة على سماء المدينة. وقد أُعيد تصميم المساحات بالكامل لخلق مسكن ذو طابع قوي، حيث تتداخل الألوان الجريئة والمواد الثمينة في توازن معاصر وأصيل وراقٍ.
تتميز الديكورات الداخلية بأرضية باركيه متعرجة تقود العين عبر بيئات ديناميكية وترحيبية. تنطق كل التفاصيل، من المفروشات إلى التشطيبات، بالأناقة العميقة والشخصية. تصبح الفتحات الخارجية الكبيرة، المحاطة بإطارات بسيطة للغاية، إطارات بانورامية حقيقية على المدينة.
يربط ممر زجاجي يطل على الشرفة الرئيسية بين المنطقتين في الطابق الأول: مساحة المعيشة الكبيرة والأماكن الخاصة. يضم الطوابق العلوية، التي يمكن الوصول إليها عبر درج خشبي داكن، غرفتي نوم لكل منهما حمّام وتراس خاص بها، ومنطقة صالة رياضية مع حمّام صحي يضم حوضاً للعلاج بالتبريد، ومكتب صغير ذو جدران زجاجية يطل على أسطح المنازل في روما.
