Overview
The Mediterranean Villa is the result of an ambitious project carried out on an existing building whose appearance was completely changed.
Starting from the facades which have been modified by creating majestic arched glass openings, the symbiosis between inside and outside is the absolute protagonist of the architectural spaces.
The ground floor houses a large living area with vaulted ceilings, completely projected towards the external patio.
The latter, thanks to the peristyle and the external fountain, integrates with the architecture, creating perspective escapes that run from the outside to the inside and vice versa.
On this level there are also the kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The open staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor where we find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace overlooking the garden below and the pool area.
The color tones of the interior spaces are warm and natural, as are the materials used for the coverings and decorations.
On the contrary, in the garden, the choice of brightly colored furnishings creates a contrast that allows interiors and exteriors to enhance each other.
The infinity pool was designed with an overflow system that disappears into the flooring which leaves it clean and essential.
A roll-up and walkable safety cover, also retractable, makes it safe and protected in all seasons.
